Activity Programs & Registration times

Karate - program meets on Tuesday and Thursday's from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at the PAL cneter and 6:45-7:45 pm at Gaines Park.

Football - season in progress. Our home field   will be at Palm Beach Lakes High School football field. Practice days and times are Tues. - Thurs. 6 - 7:30 pm at   Roosevelt Middle School.  Home game dates are Saturday, Sept 1, Sept. 22, Sept 29 and Sunday October 21.  Team name  WPB PAL Patriots.  GO PATRIOTS!

Cheerleading -  season in   progress.  38 girls have registered. The girls practice on   Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30 - 7:30 at Gaines Park.  The girls will   be competing in the Pop Warner Regional Cheer Competion on Saturdy, Oct. 20th   in Jenson Beach and the State of Florida Association of PAL's Annual   Cheer Competion on December 1st in St. Petersburg, Fl.

Afterschool Tutorial program - program runs Monday through Friday 2:30 - 6:00 pm. Limit of 50 children enrolled. Daily home work assistance, tutoring, art classes and field trips are just a few of the activities offered to students.  Kids are transported from their perspective schools to the PAL center daily.  Snacks are provided daily.  Intense F-CAT preparation is offered throughout the academic school year for enrolled youth.

Camp -   Spring Break   and Summer Camps take place during school breaks. Camps are held at the PAL   Center.

Youth Leadership program - Youth meet monthly, attend   training and participate in community service activities.  This club's   focus is building strong leadership and citizenship skills. Teens must be   12 - 17 to participate.  The group will attend the Youth Leadership conference in Orlando, FL in January 2008.  The conference is held at the Walt Disney World Resort.
