Duties:

• Reviews all programs, activities, policies, procedures and reports.
• Discuss all other business matters of PAL
• Recommend approval of all expenditures for unbudgeted items
• Report any and all deficiencies to the Board of Directors

The Steering Committee shall function as Executive Committee.

Budget and Finance Committee

Duties:

• Preparation of the annual budget including annual revenue anticipated
• Coordination of the inputs to the budget from Ways & Means Committee and the Program Director
• Presentation of annual budget to Steering Committee
• Monitoring the budget throughout the fiscal year and reports to the Board of Directors.

Building/Facilities/Equipment Committee

Duties:

• Inspection of property
• Plans for bid packages for construction
• Oversight of repair work or new construction
• Maintenance and security program of buildings
• Custodial services
• Vehicle services

Ways and Means Committee

Member - Ulysses Smith
Member - Ken Lemoine
Member - Harriet Zahn

Duties:

• Development of all plans to raise money
• Supervision of all procedures, methods and instruments of fund raising approved by the
• Board of Directors
• Assist Budget and Finance committee in preparation of annual budget
• Annual fund raising focal point
• Grant pursuit focal point.
