DESCRIPTION:

12/03/2008 08:32 PM Victim, Antonio Morales was walking home from the store, at 1905 hrs., when several B/M, S-37's grabbed him and dragged him to the rear (49th St. side) of Fire Station #3. One of the B/M's pulled a black, handgun out of his jacket, and told Morales to give him the money, or he'd kill him. Morales covered his face, and was subsequently "pistol whipped", by the B/M., who then took morales wallet which contained $2. The B/M's ran east on 49th St., where their black, 4 dr, mazda was parked in the driveway of 519 49th St., and drove east on 49th St., before driving north on Spruce. No cameras at FS#3, and neighbors did not see anything. Suspect #1, B/M, late teens, 6-0, 170 lbs., skinny, wearing a gray/black checkered jacket, black pants, short hair, no facial hair Suspects #2-4, B/M, late teens. NOD.

12/10/2008 09:29 PM Sector three officers responded to 1007 Greenpine Boulevard in reference to a burglary to a residence. The victim, came home in time to see a neighbor, Marcus Clarke, coming from his apartment and get into the passenger seat of an awaiting truck with his television. The vehicle fled the scene with victim following the vehicle, he was able to obtain enough information to give to zone officers. He then returned home to find he was the victim of a burglary. Stolen were his television set and a psp2 game system Officer Mcintosh being familar with the suspect was able to locate him later back at Clarkes apartment. Through his investigation skills Ofc Mcintosh was able to discover that the stolen television set and game system where in a pawn shop in the county jurisdiction. The items were located and a hold placed on them to be retreived at a later time. Post miranda Clarke and the get away driver, Bianca David (Clarkes girlfriend) both confessed to the crime. Both were charged with grand theft, burglary and dealing in stolen property. Great job by Sector three officers and Ofc. Mcintosh for being familiar with the bad guys in their beats and their investigative skills.

12/11/2008 05:41 AM Agg Battery (5 ft lamp post) 400 block 36th St 0200 hrs Victim and suspect, who are roommates got into an argument after drinking. Suspect struck victim over the head with a 5 ft long lamp post causing a laceration and brain bleed. Victim currently stable at St. Mary's. Taped statement taken from victim. Suspect who was too intoxicated for interview, was transported to county jail. There is one other unknown b/m suspect who also struck victim.
