DESCRIPTION: 08-22656 @0050 hrs. Loitering and Prowling, Resisting by Flight Spencer Lakes-23rd Way Sandalwood Suspects fled on foot from Heath Cir. South when spotted by officer. After fleeing from officers a couple of times they were finally detained. One admitted to running because he was on probation for burglary. The other made up a story. Both have a an arrest history for burglary. Suspects: W/M Tylor Bardwell 1-31-90 4081 San Marino Blvd #215. (on prob. for burglary and listed as violent felony offender of special concern) B/M Jmaes Lucien 9-8-83 4041 San Marino Blvd.
